Finding the SACRED BALANCE WITHIN
MEANING: It's time. It's time to integrate back the sacred masculine and the sacred feminine energies back into the body, back into the mind and back into the spirit. There's something that's been missing for a long time, thousands of years. It's this balance of how we see ourselves, how we see others, and how we see the planet. We need to honor this balance of the divine feminine and the divine masculine that has been separated so long. This goes beyond gender or how someone identifies. We all have these sacred energies running through our bodies and our spiritual essence.

The first three are tools for the physical world (root, sacral, solar plexus), the next three are the emotional (heart, throat, third-eye), and the last is the spiritual.
